process! In order for you to qualify for us to sell your home for
FREE, you have to fulfill two of following requirements:
- You purchase another home in
Forsyth County, North Fulton, East Cobb or West Gwinnett of equal or
greater value than the home you are selling. The home you
purchase must be under contract prior to the closing date of the
sale of your home you have listed with us. You contract with us to
exclusively represent you with your home purchase.
And
- a) You refer a person to
us who has a home to sell and will be buying another home within the
next 6-months in within Forsyth County, North Fulton, East Cobb or
West Gwinnett of similar or greater value than the home you are
selling. The referral must be willing to execute a listing and buyer
agency agreement before the closing date of your home sale.
Or
b) You refer 2 home
sellers to us who have a home to sell within Forsyth County, North
Fulton, East Cobb or West Gwinnett of similar or greater value
than the home you are selling. The referrals must list their homes for sale with
us under one of our listing plans below, before the closing date of
your home sale. They do not need to purchase another home using our
services.
Or
c) You refer 2 home buyers who intend to purchase a home
within Forsyth County, North Fulton, East Cobb or West Gwinnett
and they must execute an exclusive buyer agency
agreement with us prior to the closing date of your home sale, and
have true intent (as solely determined by Alpha Team Realty) to
purchase a home within 6-months in Forsyth County, North
Fulton, East Cobb or West Gwinnett. They do not need to sell a home
using our services.
If you are not able to fulfill
these two qualification requirements we can still help you
sell your home for only $499
by listing your home on the multiple listing service (MLS/FMLS),
plus we have numerous other options available for you.
By contracting to use us as your
exclusive buyer's real estate agent to help you locate and purchase
another home in the areas specified above AND by referring 2
additional transactions to us
AND they both commit to an agency agreement with us - then we are able to provide all the home
selling services we offer on the home page for FREE to you.
This is a business relationship where
we both win! Your home is sold for FREE and you have help in
locating and purchasing another home. We earn a buyer agent commission
through the purchase of your new home and we get an opportunity to
sell 2 more homes under this program! It's that simple!

Pricing is based on risk. If you want us to provide all the
services without payment until we sell and close your home, then we assume all the risk
associated with marketing and selling the home and we have no commitment to
earn the desired income if the home does not sell. As you pay for contracted services our risk is reduced
because you are paying for services as they are being delivered,
which is reflected in our a la carte pricing, our best and lowest
cost pricing model. The more you pay at the time services are
rendered, the less we earn but the lower our risk.
